We ordered 2 pizzas from there today. My pizza was exactly how I wanted it. My husband’s order, however, was a complete joke. The pizza was ordered with spicy sausage and green olives, with extra sauce. The pizza was totally burnt and we were shocked they actually allowed this to go out to a customer! I took pics and will include them with my review. All the cheese and crust was almost black. The pizza was also burnt on the bottom. I called the manager and was told it «probably got mixed up with a pizza that was requested to be well done»…well done and burnt to a crisp are 2 different things. Anyway, she offered to replace it or credit my account. Re-delivery meant my husband would have to wait at least another hour and that was unacceptable, so I went there to pick it up. I also took the burnt pizza back to show them how bad it was. The place was very busy so I just asked the counter person for the manager, assuming there was just 1 mgr per shift. The counter person got a rude response from the so called manager. She came to the counter and was rude to me also by saying, «There is more than 1 manager, there are several here and it wasnt me you spoke to». Her tone was beyond shitty and no manager should speak to a customer without a pleasant tone and smile on their face. Finally, Jordan, the manager I did speak to on the phone, was very nice and handed me the corrected pizza, she apologized for the error. We have had several issues with past orders from this store. Missing sauce cups, missing spice packs, etc, and I can let stuff like that go, but not a burnt pizza. They seriously need to teach that rude manager how to treat customers. Jordan was very nice and has been each time I have dealt with her, but that little brown haired girl should remember that management represents the company, and its important to be nice to customers.
