Veterinary Emergency Clinic

Great service, extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Vet was super nice and explained everything perfectly so I understood what was happening. My cat had a previous surgery site tear open so it had to be repaired to which they did as well as found another area that needed repIr that wasn’t found before. So glad I came here and didn’t wait for my normal vet to open. Yes the exam is expensive but hey it’s an emergency vet, and honestly for the entire surgery, fluids and meds to go home if was EXTREMELY reasonable. I walked in around 9 pm and was home by 11 pm. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Thank you for saving my cat! He’s been with me for 17 years and I couldn’t imagine him suffering or being gone yey

We arrived at 12:30am with 2 dogs that had ingested sugarfree gum containing xylitol. We hadn’t realized how lethal this was until talking to the attendant on the phone. As soon as we arrived, they promptly took care of both dogs. Thankfully only one needed further care (he was the guilty party of eating 7 pieces!!), which they were prompt and communicative about the next steps. In total for 2 dogs (one that required more attention than the other) it was $ 400. I thought this was really reasonable considering the level of care they received and all of the medications they both were given.
This all happened the last night of our vacation in Fort Walton. We were from out of town and so lucky to find them. Everyone was very helpful, and we are so grateful!

We had to take our beloved Maltese in for difficulty breathing. Turns out it was fatal congestive heart failure. We can’t thank the staff at the emergency vet clinic enough for their rapid attention, professionalism, honesty & compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to help us through such a difficult situation.
