Kerry arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He wore plastic booties while in the house to protect our floors and was neat and well-groomed. He found a problem with the condenser fan, which had been making a louder than usual noise the past few months and ordered us a new one under the system warranty. He was complete with the periodic maintenance visit in about an hour, as promised. I have been very happy with One Hour from the installation through the several scheduled maintenance visits and recommend them for any work you may need to have done. They are dependable and reasonably priced. A job well done. Thanks, Kerry!

Careful giving them your credit card info. We haven’t lived in Florida for 1.5 years and they charged our card for servicing an air conditioner. When my husband called them to address the issue, they argued with him and said they would have to «investigate.» After 4 days going by and they haven’t removed the charge, we had to call our credit card company, who canceled our card and will dispute the charge. We were happy with the service they provided when we did live in Florida, but putting an unauthorized charge on someone’s card is unacceptable, and arguing with them about it is a very bad idea.

Tech– Kerry Issue, rasping noise from indoor unit and lights dimming when unit began to ran. He fixed the rasping and replaced the capacitor on the outside unit. Excellent service.

Our 22 yr old AC popped its capacitor and we called an Repairman based on some local awards the company had won. He replaced the capacitor and did the whole you need to replace everything pitch, and even gave us a quote before he left after bad mouthing other AC companies. A couple weeks later we did decide to replace our old AC unit so I got a quote from 4 different companies and One Hour was the only one to do a air flow study to properly size the unit and air intake. So my decision was easy. They gave me several manufacturers to choose from and different financing options, they just offered more. Do your research before you buy from any company, get the model numbers, warranty information, and read it for yourself and ask questions. I did hours of research and One Hour answered all my questions concerning service and warranty. Installers were very courteous and even cleaned up before they left. I will do business with them again.

STAYAWAY! We just bought a house and wanted to get a tune up on our a/c unit as summer is here. I was initially impressed as I called and spoke to the operator who said they could send someone out the next day(wow what service I thought). They gave me a two hour window when the tech would be coming and said they would call me when he was on his way. I received a call when the tech Johnny was on his way. The tech showed up and told me I needed a brand new a/c unit and all new duct work. He tried to use scare tactics to get me to have him replace my capacitor which may only work for«a few hours, days, or months». He quoted me a price of at least 250 to replace my capacitor plus a tech fee. Capacitors are $ 20 max. He did not even complete the maintenance that I was told I would receive. When I spoke with the scheduling operator I was told they would add Freon to the system, clean out any debris in the a/c unit outside, and clean all of the fins. I received none of this and was made to feel like an idiot. He kept pushing that we get a whole new system so much that I finally just scheduled someone to come out and give us an estimate to get him to leave. I would not recommend this company and if you do decide to try them don’t let them send you Johnny G!

A bit of background first. We live in Miaramar Beach. We have a 7 year old A/C system with 3 zones. One of the zones, from the beginning(2005) would not cool the part of the house it was zoned to. It was ok so we lived with it. So, this year we decidied to do something about it. We got 2 other A/C companies to come in & see what it would take to correct this malfunction. Both of them stated to completely replace the unit. On the advice of our drapery lady, we called the folks at One Hour in Niceville. WOW, what a pleasant surprise from the beginning. Adam answered the phone & was patient enough to listen to my problem He suggested that he send out an advanced technician. The dispatch dept. called me next to let me know that they would be sending out Brian & they gave me a two hour window for this appointment. Brian came within this two hour window. What can I saw about Brian? He is a master! Within 30 minutes he identified our problem & fixed it. I can’t write enough about this wonderful experience.
