Lenny’s Sub Shop #89

First visit to Lenny’s tonight with the family.
5 stars for customer service– very helpful and pleasant.
2 stars for food– everything was ok. Basically the same ingredients as Subway. The bread tasted better than Subway but was fairly dry although we did visit late in the day (around 6 – 7 pm). The bread was not super fresh but not terrible either.
Pros– very kid-​friendly, clean, friendly workers
Cons– bread was somewhat dry and veggies are basically the same as Subway.
Overall I prefer this over Subway and the pleasant staff was an added bonus.

This Lenny’s is my go-​to lunch option for me and my family. It is far superior than Subway. The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh and taste delicious. Definitely get a Lenny’s club card if you are a local. My husband always gets the Italian, my kid gets the Roast Beef, I love the number 21 buffalo chicken salad. The black bean veggie burger is a great vegetarian option-​you can taste the black beans. If you do go, save me a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie! I really like walking in seeing our local Lenny’s crew.

Ok, hands down best bang for your buck compared to other sub sandwich options. The 15 inch sub is large enough to split for two. Definitely a repeat.

Went out for dinner at about 8:00pm and looked like it was closed. There was no place to seat, all the chairs were up on the table. This is nothing but the employees way to get out immediately after closing and not have to clean afterwards. The owner does not care because I contacted customer service and was told I would be contacted within two days. Never received an email from him/​her.
I had a chicken Philly sandwich and it was soggy. My plate was full of water by the time I was done. My wife ordered a tuna salad sandwich on a kaiser roll and they did not have any available. I was half-​way through with my sandwich and my wife was still waiting for hers. When I asked about it the attendant told me she had forgotten about it.
There are many other choices available. Spend your money elsewhere!

Quality Sub! They slice the meat to order. Kinda like a Jersey Mike’s. The bread is fresh baked. They have their own chips. They might just be Lays in a Lenny’s package, but they are good. A big plus for me is the bottle water they have is Nestlé and not that crap Dasani or Aquafina. Very friendly staff.

Great sandwich shop. Sandwiches are made fresh and the portions are healthy. The bread is always one of my favorites about Lennys.

I love this place. They are like Subway (they bake their own bread) but 10 times better. They carve their deli meat right as they are making your sandwich so it is super fresh and not processed meat. The staff is always super friendly. It’s a chain, but isn’t up where I live so I come here as often as I can when visiting.
