Poor customer service. They ask their usual «can I help you with anything?» Other than that they just hang out behind the table.
I just use their iPhone app to look up part numbers on my own. And you pretty much have to beg that they give you credit on your awards account. They always give me a hard time when I try to redeem my reward points.
