Fished with Bob on 6÷6÷16. We asked Bob to show us around the lake because we were starting a weeks vacation on Clear Lake. He taught us how to fish the lake and showed us some great spots to fish. Thanks to Bob, we were able to take our kids to a great crappie hole. The kids caught and released 100 crappie in an hour! We were able to experience some great bass fishing as well. I landed a 7 pound bass the day after our trip with Bob. Bob is very professional and also very friendly. After we were done Bob told me to call him if I needed help with anything locally. He also wanted to see how we did fishing for the week. Thanks Bob you are the best!

My husband and I took a guided fishing tour with Bob today to celebrate my husbands 1st fathers day and it was amazing! He took us to several great spots and we ended up catching 9 fish total! He helped answer lots of questions my husband had and just made it a really fun experience! We had such a great time! Totally recommend Bob if you’re ever thinking about a guided fishing tour! Thank you Bob for all the teaching moments and for a fun and memorable day!!!

I went bass fishing at Clear Lake last Sunday with Bob Myskey as our guide. Even though the bite was a bit tough due to the windy condition, low water levels and high number of tournament fishermen, with Bob’s help, we managed to land 7 large bass and had a fun day. I’d highly recommend him as a guide. He is very good at his craft and his boat is well equipped with rods and tackle. We stayed at the Skylark Resort in Lakeport where Bob’s clients get a discounted rate. Bob met as at the dock behind the Skylark to start the day which made everything very easy. The next few weeks are suppose to be good conditions for bass at Clear Lake, which to our good fortune is rated as the second best bass lake in the country.

Bob really knows how to find fish and is a great guy to boot. There were 170 tournament boats on the water the day we fished so Bob decided to switch us to live bait. We heard later that the best boat that day weighed their top five fish at 17 pounds. We had 29! — That’s a great guide.

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Clearlake, CA for his 31st birthday this past May. The most memorable experience on this trip was our bass fishing day with Bob Myskey. Bob was helpful, super friendly and worth every penny spent on the 5-​hour fishing experience for 2! He guaranteed that we would catch something… who knew we’d catch 7 fish total! Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d do it again if we were in Clearlake in the future.
