The spa is amazing and the massage therapist massaged her name right out of my memory. 1 hr massage and 1 hr facial and she put me to sleep 5 times and that’s bc she needed my assistance to put warm towels around my neck and wrap my hands in the warmest mittens I’ve ever experienced. I’d visit again in a heartbeat. Top 3 imo and that includes spas I’ve visited in Vegas, Detroit, Connecticut and California

The spa is beautiful. There is a steam room sauna jacuzzi and multiple showers. I had an 80 minute massage. It was good, my therapist kept yawning throughout my service which made it less enjoyable. Some of the guests were loud and annoying. But overall I enjoyed myself and would definitely come back for another service.

I just got my nails done by Melissa and she is honestly the best nail technician I have ever had. She had told me about how she has met so many people from around the world, yet she took such care of my nails like I was one of her most valued clients. Excellent work, Melissa and I will be back for another manicure!

My husband and I booked a couples massage last minute, and had a really nice experience. The couples suite was huge with a tub for 2 and a fireplace that was lit. We had a relaxing massage with Stephanie and Tonya, both were great. The amenities were nice, and the shop had some quality body products. Worth the trip, and the money. I noticed other reviews complaining about the cigarette smoke on the first floor, and as a resident of southeastern ct. we have 2 local casinos, and the smoke is kinda standard. They allow smoking on the game floor, they do make an effort to filter the air, but yes, you can still tell. I wouldn’t let it stop you from booking here.

I had a relaxation massage with Kelly. She did a nice job. You get to use the jacuzzi, steam room, & sauna with any service purchased for the entire day. The downside to this is that there really isn’t anywhere to lounge, except for the picture of the couch and chair I posted. Their were two Nutrigrain Bars in a basket when we got there and a small bowl of fruit left out when we arrived at 10 a.m. I asked for a banana and the girl told me she’d have to check the men’s room. Then I rephrased my question and asked if she could get me a banana. She left and came back and told me the fruit was left over from a special weekend event and they normally don’t have fruit out. Now I live in Las Vegas and we have some of the classiest Spas around. So with that said, it’s a pretty good spa, but they definitely have room for improvements.

I decided last minute that I wanted to treat myself to a spa visit. My husband didn’t want to join me so I went by myself. I chose the Queen For The Day package since it’s my birthday. It composed of a 50 minute Swedish massage, a body treatment of your choice(I chose the Mango Passion Fruit Yogurt Wrap) and a facial that included a hand, lip and eye treatment. The only complaint was that none of it was long enough! I could’ve stayed there all day! The spa is really nice and so is the staff. Each technician explained the products they were using and what they were for.

As others have mentioned, the first and most obvious downside to the Casino Spa is the haze of stale cigarette smell you have to walk through to get to your appointment. If you’re going to gamble it’s gross but workable, but going to enjoy a relaxing spa day? Not so much. The massage experience itself has never been bad, but it’s just under double what I’ve paid elsewhere in Buffalo for just as good of an experience. Overpriced doesn’t even cover it, especially for pedicures. The real nail in the coffin is the customer service. My brother and I wanted to book a massage as a gift for my mom and neither of us have schedules that allow for a quick jaunt to Niagara Falls. I called and the person I spoke with told me no problem, she could take my credit card over the phone and just call back when we were ready to schedule, great. Fast forward a few weeks when we’re ready to schedule, and oh sorry the policy prevents them from taking payments over the phone. We went back and forth for a few minutes with me trying to find some way around this and her refusing to work with me at all. Finally I said screw it, I’ll find a way to get down there even if I have to leave work. I was fully prepared to do that right up until the girl said that they need a credit card to hold the reservation. Are you freaking kidding me? They’ll charge a card taken over the phone for no-shows but not for an appointment? Seriously ridiculous. They weren’t even willing to try and find a solution. I would definitely recommend going somewhere, anywhere, else.

Worst experience I have ever had. The first day I was here, I went out with my family for 11 hours. When I came back, no one had made our beds. Good first impression on house cleaning huh? As I’m standing here now for the hotel gym, it supposedly opens at 7AM, the door is still locked and it is now 7:20. There are 8 other people waiting besides me. After 30 minutes, an employee named Sandy comes down. Looks at us and asks«oh it’s not open? Let me call some one» and left. The gym was still not open

When in Niagara Falls, NY we have went to this spa on 3 different occasions. Worth the visit. Massage has always been great. The unlimited time in the hot tub, sauna and steam room is another treasured feature of this spa. The décor in the lounge/change rooms is a bit dated. Overall we will return time and time again to this spa.

Picture this…(Sicily, 1942… sorry too much Golden Girls) you want to take your beautiful girlfriend for a relaxing deep tissue massage. As you book said message at the Niagara Falls Casino* you hear that there is a large dressing room with complimentary fruit, a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and plenty of showers. You get mentally prepared for said massage and all the amenities as you drive in from Buffalo. Ready to assume a zen-like state, you arrive an hour and a half early at this hotel and casino(to enjoy the amenities)…and as you walk in… you are engulfed in a heavy cloud of cigarette smoke.(While I kinda knew this was coming… it still sucked none the less). With that said, other than the smoke this was a pretty great experience. I went late on a Sunday and my dressing room was completely empty. Not another man anywhere in sight. I had full use of the steam room and sauna(alternating between the two) until my massage began. As for the massage itself, it was very good, but nothing remarkable. The rooms were very dark and relaxing, but I have been in better. It was kind of expensive, but I did opt for the 90 minute massage, which many local places do not offer. Of course, as to be expected, after being thoroughly relaxed, you are once again thrust into the tobacco strewn lobby as you attempt to vacate the premises. Overall though it was quite enjoyable and I will go back. *As far as casino’s go in general this place is pretty lame(As for Western New York though it’s definitely the second best in the area). The restaurants are pretty good(love the Asian place and the Western Door) but this review is only about the spa.

My experience here was my second experience having a professional massage and my first experience with a deep tissue massage. First let me start with saying you must walk through the smoke filled lobby of the casino to get to the spa. That was enough to have me not come back, unless I am unable to find a massage anywhere else and absolutely need one. That is sad to say because I have not even made it to the spa itself. The billows of smoke were overwhelming. I have very sensitive sinuses and it made my day at the spa not too enjoyable. The spa itself is very nice. The accommodations are wonderful. We showed up about an 1 to 1 ½ hours early to enjoy the amenities. They have a very large locker room with tons of privacy. They have a steam room, a sauna, and a whirlpool at your disposal. They have a snack area with water, juice, and fresh fruit to enjoy. The steam room was my heaven in the haze of smoke. I sat in there for a good half hour and loved every second of it. They have great showers as well. My massage was great. I had a very tight back and 90 mins of deep tissue massage took care of that! Yep, I said 90 mins. The only place I know of that offers this(I could be wrong…). But the smoke from downstairs was so strong that it permeated the walls. I could smell it, very faintly but still there, the whole time. That was a little disheartening. After the massage I enjoyed a little more time in the steam room and sauna, showered then left… Only to be waved goodbye by that great billow of smoke. The massage was great, my back was fixed, but the smoke canceled out the good. It is unfortunate that you have to endure the smoke because that place could really be great.
