Starbucks

Always one of my favorite places to go to! It’s clean and has friendly staff! My favorite drink has to be the caramel brûlée latte! Especially during the holiday season :)

This is my usual Starbucks, since it’s the closest to my house. The baristas are friendly, my drinks are always well made, there is ample seating inside and out.
The only downside is it seems that all the tourists come here, because of irs proximity to the outlet mall, so it can get pretty busy.

The first time I’ve been to a drive thru Starbucks that was this inefficient in service. Sloooow. 15 minutes waiting in a drive thru. «Yeah, a lot happened today» was her response.

I go here almost every day and I have never had any issue with an order. The service is quick, it always appears clean inside and I love the drive thru option!

This location has been hit or miss for me. I frequent this location, and I either receive exceptional or just plain awful service.
Drive-​thru moves quickly, but I prefer to go in. Sometimes you get a smiley barista, other times you are presented with a barista with paralyzed facial muscles.
60% of my visits are great, and the other 40% are awful. For example, I ordered a green tea lemonade w/​light ice, in the drive– thru. I get to the window, and this cup is 90% ice and maybe 10% the actual drink. I politely let him know that I asked for light ice, he apologizes and says it’ll be right out. In the blink of an eye– okay, maybe more than that, but no more than 5 seconds, he hands me my drink and I thought wow they probably just didn’t throw out the remainder from my mix yet.
I drive off and take a sip, DISGUSTING, it was so heavily diluted with tap water. I mean if you have ever seen them make iced drinks, you’d see that you’re only getting about 7oz of liquid, on a 12 oz drink. I didn’t go back but this is just unacceptable to do. I will now be checking my drinks before I walk out or drive off.
Otherwise, this is a beautiful Starbucks location with ample seating outside and quite a few tables inside.

Need to get their sh** in order here. Not busy and 5 people behind the counter., and I heard an employee get snarky with a customer.

2 cars in line but I had to throw out some trash so I walked in and ordered my usual short dry cap. About 10 drinks later, they handed me my drink which once again, wasn’t dry. Consistently bad experience here.
