very nice people — but the place is a bit seedy and the smell of air freshener is overpowering — so much so that everything in my bag reeked of it when I left. advantages — walk to falls, clean bathroom and floor, nice people disadvantage — the pillows were awful, the blankets looked horrendous and I took them off the bed immediately, cost too much for what it was, noisy neighbors could be heard late into the night advice — stay at a place out of town and drive in to the falls if that is your purpose for visiting.

I’ve stayed at this location a couple times. The best part about it is how close it is to the Falls and the casino, and the awesome store/lobby that it has. The first time I stayed, we got a bottom floor room, and it was pretty smelly and very dirty(this was probably October 2011), but the room was OK for what we needed it for(a place to drink beer and sleep). My latest adventure to Niagara Falls was for my bachelorette party, and we obviously stayed here again. This time, we had upper floor rooms, and they accommodated us nicely. We had 4 rooms and around 20 girls for one night, then 2 more nights just with 4 girls and one room, and we aren’t always that easy to handle, but they did it. We had to keep asking for toilet paper though, cause there was only one roll per room of four girls each! Rooms were very well equipped with extras — each had a Tempurpedic bed, safe(great for passports), microwave, and mini fridge. Staff was very nice. Extra props to the housekeeper — she was wicked sweet and took care of everything for us. While Niagara Falls, NY is certainly a hell hole, this little motel makes it an adventure and is just a super fun place to hang out.

Incredible value! The interior was amazingly as it was beautifully remodeled with wood floors and great temperpedic beds. I would never have imagined how nice the room was from seeing it from the outside. Very close to falls too. Staff was great.

When I pulled up I was horrified by the looks of this place. I’ve never stayed at a Rodeway Inn, and so I didn’t realize it is a 20 room motel. But walking into my room, I was surprised how nice it looked. Clean, hardwood floors, Tempur-pedic beds, fridge and microwave. It is in walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park, shops, restaurants, and even the helicopter tours. The office is a 24 hour convenience store as well, which is very useful. However, after staying here my first night, I noticed how rude most of the staff are. They are very unfriendly in the office/store. They just sit there looking miserable and don’t even greet you. I went in to ask for a box of tissues, because i used up the one in my room since it only had about 6 in the box, and the ignorant man working night shift just told me to take the half used box that was sitting out on the counter. We accidentally referred to the housekeeper as a «maid», and she was quick to correct us about it. Breakfast is a joke, not that I expected too much, but cereal, pre wrapped danishes, and disgusting coffee are all they have. The office/store reeks of cat litter. There was about 50 ants on my floor upon waking up my second morning. The lighting in the room is very dim, I had to leave my door open to get some light in. The wifi is also pretty bad. Overall I guess it’s about all you can expect from a motel, but the prices are too high for that. But the rude staff is what made me not like this place at all.
