Niagara Ramps

This building is a parking garage and vacant shopping mall. Based on my receipt, it appears to be owned and operated by the City of Niagara Falls. There are two vehicle entrances: the main one is on Niagara Street (north side) and an alternate is on Old Falls Street (south side). It occupies the entire block north of the Conference Center. I used the Old Falls Street entrance.
Pros: This is a reinforced concrete structure.
Cons: The City of Niagara Falls web site says the maximum parking fee for this garage is $ 8. My City of Niagara Falls receipt says I paid $ 10 to park here. Staff who collected my money explained the upper floors were handicap accessible by using the shopping mall elevators. In fact, the portion of the structure accessed from Old Falls Street is walled-​off from the rest of the garage and the elevators. For handicap access, use the Niagara Street entrance, which does have access to the elevators.
