This is one of the better McDs. The place is modern and clean inside with a good amount of seating. The staff are usually friendly and they get your order right. The wifi works well too. Tons of parking outside and a double drive thru. The multiple ways to enter from either military road or NF Blvd is convenient.

Popped into the drive through while passing through Niagara Falls late one night and McDonald’s was one of the few places open. Points for consistency as the usual Big Mac and fries tasted and were presented as expected. Service was fast enough I suppose. Can’t really say much about the service as there was minimal interpersonal exchange.

$.32 for an extra pack of syrup? They give you one pack of syrup for three pancakes at McDonald’s in Niagara Falls. It was the same good McDonald’s food but the counter help left much to be desired

This store is in trouble. No running water in the bathroom. Customers are washing their hands in the sink behind the counter. They stop taking waiting customers orders every few minutes because they get overwhelmed. Orders take a long time and there is a general sense of chaos behind the counter. I will not come back.

After they took my order, I got my food after 15 minutes. Staff was arguing who is going to grill for 10 min. Got my food with girl toy even though I had told them to give boy toy. Again 10 min.
Anyway cashier was apologetic and it was done.

Why do I even bother going there. Being a fast food restaurant they are anything but fast. The place is usually dirty with the tables needing cleaned, food wrappers on the floor, soda machine area filthy and even the ordering counter is dirty. I ordered 2 hamburgers and it took over 20 minutes to receive my food It only takes 2 ½ minutes to prepare a burger. In my younger days I worked the grill at an old Niagara Falls burger joint, Henry’s. If we would of had people waiting so long for their food and the place being dirty we would all be fired. I hate McDonalds but for some reason I return every once in a while to pick up a burger. I try to avoid this place as much as I can.
