George’s Appliance

I have done business with George’s Appliance for countless years and encouraged my family members and associates to do business with George’s Appliance, that has now changed.
I was looking for a new GE electric range and had the model and quotes from other vendors for price match and the George’s Appliance salesman was very annoyed with that and he said «look if you purchase an appliance from Home Depot or Lowe’s, they will deliver it to your driveway and leave it there, no installation.» I found that statement absolutely preposterous and left the establishment and purchased the electric range at Lowe’s. They of course do deliver and install the unit, and will move your old unit to a garage if you are giving it away or for $ 15.00 haul it away.
Business is very competitive and people are informed, for the salesman to take this approach their business is in jeopardy of future survival & very disappointing.

So far every appliance (except the microwave) I own has been purchased from Georges. They include the delivery for free, the connections (plugs or hoses) for free. and extend the manufacturers warranty by one year for free. They also reduce labor rates for repairs after the warranty if you purchased the appliance from them. That’s a fantastic deal.
Compared to other appliance stores the prices are the same with the above extras — which makes it a great deal. They also deliver to Tonawanda and surrounding areas.
