This is absolutely our favorite pizza and wings place anywhere. The pizza is thin crust, with a delicious tomato sauce. The wings are typical Buffalo wings and are meaty and cooked to perfection. Buttery garlic is her favorite, mine is a combination of buttery garlic and medium which adds a very slight kick of(probably something like) Frank’s Red Hot. Our pizza of choice is simple pepperoni.
Absolutely the best wings I have had in Western NY. Their pizza is also very good. Been to both Anchor Bar and Duff’s and I love Buzzy’s.

When you thing of «buffalo wings» this place is where you get them. I moved from Niagara Falls when I was 19 and every time I take a trip back to visit I always stop by and get some wings! They are the best I’ve ever had and I miss them. They have a true hot sauce that is off the charts hot! They aren’t messing around! The pizza is also delicious and pairs well with the wings. I wish the owners would make more stores and come out my way!

I live in Niagara Falls and have been to Buzzy’s several times with friends and family. I know people that love it and others(like myself) that don’t care for it. Even the people that enjoy it would tell you that the service at Buzzy’s is the absolute worst! Waitresses are non attentive and rude. And I have heard from many that the pizza is not at all what it used to be. I have only been local for 5ish years so I can’t confirm that but the pies are thin and extremely greasy and upsets my stomach EVERYTIME I eat it. The pizza trays have a much better taste but not good enough to make me a fan.

Best pizza in the Falls! Every time we visit, we MUST order Buzzy’s the first night, no questions asked. Only drawback is that their lobby isn’t big enough; but man, who cares when the pizza is this good! If you like pizza — order a sheet or half sheet(not the round pies). Pepperoni and cheese… that’s it. No need to kill it with toppings; keep it basic and thou shalt be rewarded.

I have been to Buzzys Pizzeria numerous times and have to say that they have a very tasty pizza and great wings! There beers are cold and there waitresses are good eye candy also! I also liked the old Italian woman that owns the place. My buddy and I couldn’t remember what a hundred years meant in Italian and she came to our table introduced herself to us and translated it for us! Salut’!

The food didn’t live up to the hype. They definitely cater to our neighbors to the north. By that I mean high prices. I’m not saying it’s not good, just average.

I have been coming to Buzzy’s for 25 years and I never thought that I would write this kind of review about them until today. Buzzy’s at one time had the best wings and pizza in the region. The wings I had today were not only small but over fried. It is like they never made a wing in their lives. The carrot and celery sticks were limp and old. What was truly amazing they used a poor packaged blue cheese dressing. In years gone by they made their own with actual pieces of blue cheese Kitchen staff had little or no supervision as well it was obvious many of them were young and immature. I did see one of the original owners and he was busy socializing with the teenagers joining them for dinner. It was a peak time and I am amazed the staff were chowing down in plain view of customers This was once a great wing & pizza restaurant. It is grossly over priced, poor quality food and immature staff. For the first time I complained and what I got from the waiter and the cashier was a shrug and ‘what can you do’ the waitress even mentioned the wings were not very good. Message to owners: I remember you guys from 25 years ago when the restaurant was small. You need to work with your staff and tell them to listen to customers. In my case I am one of old loyal customers and I suspect you have lost many of the others. You are relying on the huge amount a traffic from the Niagara Falls outlet and Canadians who have never experienced a good chicken wing

So I was just at Buzzy’s this evening with my wife and sister and after years of ordering takeout I am no longer supporting this business. I will start off by walking in. We were greeted but put in a back corner. Not that it was busy or anything. And then the server, Alicia seemed in a rush to take our orders not even a minute after sitting down. While competent with our drinks we were asked again what we wanted after waiting 20 minutes submitting the first order. We ordered a half tray of pepperoni, double order of wings. Half of that order butter garlic and medium, crispy, and saucy. Our wings were dry on both accounts and the pizza very meh. Our server sat 20 feet away I guess counting her tips. Her back faced us the entire time. She checked in once. Telling us that’s how we ordered them. Dry even though we said saucy twice. After getting extra sauce for them they were only OK at best. I’m not your Buzzy’s fan boy here, so I’m not here to try and get something free. I am a pizza and wings fanatic however. This experience has left me sold that Buzzy’s and its workers done really care all that much about how they get the work done as long as you are out of their door. You can have a really lousy server but fantastic cooks in the kitchen but that wasn’t the case tonight. No worries here, there are better places who deserve your hard earned money for $ 38 and change. I had a hard time even parting with a tip which was not deserved at all. I have learned my lesson tonight and will no longer anticipate Buzzy’s food. I will look elsewhere.

As a buffaloinian I love good pizza… And I had been wanting to check out Buzzys for some time. I have to say not impressed at all. It’s Typical Niagara Falls pizza. Sweet sauce and I think the calamari was from a frozen bag.

I feel bad rating 2⁄5 because I’ve been wanting to try Buzzy’s for YEARS. I fnally got around to trying it over the weekend and was very disappointed. Service was OK. Only one girl assigned to serve an entire section on a busy Sunday evening. We ordered the Traditional Pizza and 10 mild buffalo-style chicken wings. After all, that is what they’re «famous» for. Pizza: Mediocre, at best. Cheese was rubbery, the sausages seemed like they were bought frozen, and they used canned mushrooms on top of the pizza… I repeat CANNEDMUSHROOMS. No pizza place should ever used canned ingredients if they pride themselves on being quality pizza. That about did it for me. Wings: They were good. Crispy on the outside because they’re deep-fried. Nothing really special. I did like their blue cheese sauce but now i’ve just read a few reviews below that says that its not homemade so there goes another disappointment.

Buzzy’s has great food at a reasonable price. Always have leftovers for lunch at work the next day. Tasty, crispy wings. Good service with a family atmosphere. Convenient parking.

Buzzys makes a fairly tasty pie for given its your traditional NY style type(I prefer the good old Buffalo style myself) Anyways, the cheese is very tasty as are the ingredients and the sauce is spot on for me(a mild sweetness) neither bland, spicy or super sweet. The dough is good given its style for sure. The place inside is rather nice as well if you feel like dining in rather then opting for take out. Sure I’d come back again when I’m in the area.

I love it here. It’s a staple every time we come down to Buffalo to shop. It’s right around the corner from Fashion Outlets and it’s better than eating anything they have at their horrendous food court. We were here over the weekend, in town for the Leafs game. We came here after shopping before the game around 4:30pm. It wasn’t too busy yet but thankfully we got there when we did cause this place filled up fast. We had a party of 8, and ordered a bucket of 50 wings, buttery garlic and sweet chili sauce. We tried to get three different sauces but were told we only get two. Kinda sucks to have to stick to two sauces for 50 wings. But the wings were great, big, juicy, crispy. the sauces were awesome too. The sweet chili has a kick which was nice. The pizza is good too. I’m not a huge fan of pizza but I like it here. They offer a lot of toppings, prebuilt selection or build your own also. They also had buckets of Rolling Rock, 8 mini bottles for $ 8.95. We ordered way too much pizza so ended up taking it to go. Buzzy’s pizza tastes really good cold too!

Amazing pizza! Am from lower NY and regularly grieve the lack of decent pizza. We’ve driven to Niagara Falls twice for one of their pies. A tip to fellow former NYers– ask for it extra thin. Staff is helpful. Food is inexpensive and comes out fairly quickly. My one comment is that I wish the appetizers were more authentically italian.

Buzzys sells pizza and also gives haircuts. I’m not sure why any place would combine the two, and I certainly hope that the hair of the people getting«Buzzys» at Buzzys doesn’t ever end up on the Pizza. I actually don’t think I’ve ever tried the pizza from Buzzy’s warm, which is because every time I go there, they either announce that they don’t sell slices, or they don’t have any slices. The one time someone gave me a slice, I either hated it, or didn’t like it because it was cold, I can’t remember which. So it’s getting a neutral rating of 3 until I am actually able to sample the delicacies fresh and hot.

Buzzy’s is okay for what it is: a so-so pizza joint trying to be something more. Having lived in New York for about ten years I’m used to places(even in the city) claiming to have«Famous New York Pizza» and falling short. The pepperoni is usually somewhat undercooked, and the pizza is painfully greasy. The crust isn’t a New York thin-and-crispy, although it’s not quite Buffalo-thick. I’ve come in on some occasions and had it be relatively crispy and quite good, but on others it was soggy and disappointing. Chicken fingers are decent, but blue cheese isn’t homemade(there’s really no excuse for that at a pizza place in Buffalo). If you want a quick bite to eat in the area, Buzzy’s isn’t a terrible choice. If you actually want high quality New York style pizza in Niagara Falls, go down to La Hacienda on Pine.
