I have bought several guns from Ready Line and I have always received great service from Gail and her staff. Tonight I had sights installed on my M&P Shield. Kip did a great job. There are very few good gunsmiths in the Cincinnati area. I will definitely be using Kip in the future and will be recommending him to all my family and friends. Thanks for the great service!

As newbies to firing handguns… my wife and our teenagers were treated very well and were given some simple instruction without being made to feel as we were not welcomed. The staff were friendly and it made us feel at ease. I would give 5 stars if the prices were explained better and were a little more affordable… but all in all a really good experience. We will be back for cc classes and to possibly purchase our handguns. On another note, we loved the design of the layout of both the showroom and how the range felt private without people being able to view us shooting. They are small range rooms that are more contained but make you feel safe. The range marshal was also friendly and helped my wife with some basics that helped with her being able to confidently shoot on her own!

Great indoor shooting range. Everyone I ran into was very knowledgeable and nice especially, Tyler. He was very helpful explaining the rules and helped me find the perfect gun for my needs. Thanks Tyler! I will definitely be returning!

This is the nicest indoor range that I’ve ever been to. They are military/Leo friendly. This is the first range that I’ve ever gotten a membership to and it pays for itself. Fortunately they had a guardian membership option that did not require the normal $ 100 upfront fee. I’ve never had anything but great customer service. If someone was ever rude to you or you felt that they were, you were probably being unsafe on the range and you were being corrected. Again, great place to shoot and I bypass a few other ranges and drive 20 miles up the road to shoot here.

Nice building and equipment but the management is poor beyond words. Their prices are high and they don’t stand behind what they sell. If there is any kind of problem, it is blamed on the customer. Basically elitist who think they can treat everyone poorly. It is not a friendly place, they will never remember you, no matter how much you spend or how often you go there. They will treat you like you have never been there before even when you have your range card out. They sell poor quality reloaded ammunition and try to pass it off as something better when it will just cause jams and missfires so bad that other ranges have rulled it unsafe. So they changed the name on the box but it is the same crap and the other ranges have figuered out their name change games. The company used to be called«One Shot» but they probably changed their name due to their reputation. The range rules change all the time and you can never have a good time there without breaking some rule like having a target closer than 50 yards in the rifle range, even if you are trying to sight in a weapon, and rifles aren’t allowed in the handgun range. And don’t even think about using a competition level pistol in the rifle range, even if you buy the gun from them, that is against the rules. There are much better places in town that are worth a few extra miles. Avoid this place, their door is just a path to disappoint and a bad time.
