I hate to leave a negative review because everyone was really nice, but I was expecting a lot more from this place. I went here on a Thursday, the night of my rehearsal dinner to get a blow dry. Maybe it is my fault for trying a new place on such a big moment in my life, but I really didn’t think anyone could mess up a blow dry, especially a place that specializes in them. I asked for a simple blowdry that had a lot of volume and curled ends to show off my layers. I ended up with pin straight hair with no volume and it looked like I did it myself. Actually I could have done it better myself. The service was terrible, i had a 2:15 appt, I waited for a while since the client before me was running late and there was only one person working in the entire freakin salon. Finally another worker showed up. The woman who ended up blowdrying my hair was not even the person I booked the appointment with. Another girl came in at the end when the first lady got a round brush stuck in my hair (wtf) and could not get it out. She then tried to salvage her mess. It seemed like this girl knew what she was doing but by the time she got to me my hair was already past the point of repair. I ended up missing my make up appointment I booked after my hair appt because we were running behind, but let’s be honest, a blowdry should not take an hour and a half and trust me I don’t have a lot of hair. I know this place is new but it seems like there is a lot to work on and I would hope that you treat your other brides with better service.
