I called the customer service line today. They apologized and offered to exchange the shoes. I am obviously happy with the result but still disappointed by the whole experience.

Awesome employees, awesome selection, awesome nick naks. First, my 3 year old and I have been coming here since it was a Stride Rite. When we came one day and saw it was now an Olly store I was hesitant that it could be as good as the store before. It was better. The shoes are top quality, a little pricey but standard pricing for the product they carry. I’d rather pay extra for good quality shoes that won’t fall apart or cause my daughter to hurt herself because there’s no support or grip. The employees are always helpful and great with kids. The woman was able to get my daughter to stay still long enough to use the foot scanner to measure her foot. It stores the sizes so next time its available if you need it. They also are great at describing everything and super fast at grabbing things from the back. Great store.
