The Kajun smoked salmon cheese spread will not only open up your sinuses, awaken your taste buds real quick, but it will kick some butt and want your running back for more. Yes, they do spell it with a K. They have a wide variety of cheese, cheese spreads, snacks and dairy products. All of the cheese is hormone and antibiotic-free from their Amish farm raised dairy cows and milk. The cheese case is loaded with a wonderful variety of soft and hard cheeses, like swiss, provolone, cheddars, havarti, mozzarella, gouda and blue. They also have sheep’s milk cheese, goat cheese and yogurt based cheese. I have honestly never seen such a wide variety of homemade cheese spreads. As mentioned the Kajun salmon is outstanding and enough to make me go back. I also bought the olive pimento cheese spread, which is loaded with nice big pieces of olives and pimento and safe to say, the best I have ever had. Keeping up with the times, driving, using electric now, I saw a few cell phones in use, they knew that making mozzarella sticks would be a big seller and they were right. Well, for me they were right, because I bought a nice sized package of them. Since they are not mass produced from a conveyor belt or packaged individually, they are simply wrapped in plastic wrap and sold in one package. They have a large wall sized open cooler filled with milk, cream, butter, fresh apple cider and juice. At the other end they have a wide variety of snacks and bagel crisps, I did grab a bag of these to go with my cheese spreads. Prices are very reasonable and I can see myself stopping at their store, with each and every visit. I am already anxious to try more of their homemade cheese spreads and still flabbergasted that the salmon flavor still comes through the Cajun induced spread. So Kool!
