I have used Rob for many years, as has my father and neighbor. I have never hesitated to call him for advice. He as always been honest about projects and jobs. He has competed multiple small jobs around my home over the years and has helped me a great deal. He is always my first call for any plumbing concern or question.

We recently moved to the area and got this recommendation from our realtor who has worked with this guy personally. I find it hard to write a bad review about him because I did like him as a person. However, he did not do what we paid him for, failed to solved our issues and so we had to call in another plumber who did what we had needed all along. Since we moved in, we have had horribly low water pressure on our shower and it decreased dramatically when we turned the water from cold to hot. Our kitchen sink faucet also had quite low water pressure and one of our downstairs faucets needed a simple fix that my husband could have done if he had had the time. So I called Rob, hoping he could solve our problem. His advice was to buy a Delta or Moen showerhead which he would then engineer(i.e. remove the water-saving devices) in order to increase our water pressure. We did so, but honestly it did not make that much of a difference and then he told us he wouldn’t be able to remove the water-saving device after all, even though we had bought precisely the brand he had told us to! After I told him I still didn’t think the water pressure was that great, his response was that it was better than it had been. And then he left. I called him back three times over the course of a few days to ask if there was really nothing he could do. My husband wasn’t happy with the result either and in addition I felt that the drop in water pressure when you turned the temperature from cold to hot might be indicative of a more complex problem. He never returned my calls. And that was it. We shelled out over $ 100 and were not satisfied at all. But what’s more, he didn’t even seem to care. I will say that he didn’t charge to come back and attach the showerhead, but that was a very quick job and I suspect he was already in the area(or perhaps this had been included in his other charge). He fixed one of our downstairs faucets, but that was a simple job. However, he failed to fix our main issues and that was extremely frustrating. We continued to be frustrated and finally got another recommendation for Patrick Glozzer in Bensalem, PA, who came today. Within five minutes, Pat was telling me that the water pressure issue was not due to our showerhead, but due to the fact that the cartridge needed replacing. Seriously? That simple! I could not believe that we had wasted the time and money on Rob Dager, who as a Master Plumber should have realized this. Needless to say, switching out the shower cartridge solved the problem. And what’s more, Patrick also solved our issue with our kitchen sink water pressure(see my other review on him). I waited over a week for Rob to come out to see us and when he did, it really was a big fat waste of time. To me when your customer says they are not satisfied and there is obviously a deeper underlying issue(in this case: water cartridge!) you really need to look into this, unless of course you really don’t give a care about repeat customers. This review represents my subjective opinion based on my personal experience.
