l called them at 11;30 they asked what was wrong, I said dog in pain and crying last nite for hours (prev. called another vet in broomall they said Monday am) he made a remark like poor dog and gave me the appt. for 12:30 the last appt. of the day. Upon arrival I was taken into see the dr. who examined Niles, His bedside manner was excellent, he said nice words about the dog and actually told Niles he was brave dog, cool dude. He was gentle and kind and asked
if I approved the test he wanted to do. He seemed like he cared about niles and he cared about my pocketbook. When I read about this vet I felt good, and when I met him I felt better.
I hope you have the same experience. I will be bringing Niles brother Padrepio next week for shots.
