I have been getting Therapeutic Massage with Naomi since before back surgery and since after. All along she has helped me and her care also includes guidance on stretching and coping with being a carpenter and the wear and tear that comes with the job. She is through, very knowledgeable, and, and great technique.
Well Within is well run, organized, and professional. They really have their act together. The offices is quiet and the therapy rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend them

Jill was excellent. I was in a bad MVA years ago and have rod in my right femur with shoulder and right sided imbalance issues. I have had plenty of different types of massages from a variety of different people. Never have I felt as good right after a massage as I did with Jill.

Big thanks to Jill for squeezing me in last minute. I was in a lot of pain, called and got in the same day. After reading reviews Jill seemed like what I was needing. Her pressure was perfect and she targeted my problem areas efficiently. She gave me some at home stretches to practice and I booked another session before I left! Peaceful ambiance and no nonsense payments. I will most definitely return!

I started going to Well Within after I was involved in a car accident that resulted in neck and back strain. I am currently going 1 – 2 times per week and I have seen several massage therapists. Each person has their own style of massage but they are all great! Laura (one of the owners) has been very helpful making sure that I have all the paperwork I need to submit to my insurance company. The atmosphere is very calming/​relaxing and I always leave feeling refreshed. I am so happy I found this place and would definitely recommend it to others!

Jill is SO FANTASTIC. She was like a shoulder wizard doctor. I can’t even truly describe what she did, but it was all very good :). The spa is spacious and pretty. AND when i arrived i didn’t have enough quarters for my meter, and they graciously gave me some! I think thats a really nice touch for their customer service. Great experience in every way.

Love this place! The atmosphere is relaxing, and the massage therapists are amazing.
I am a personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor so when I get my massages I really need my entire body to feel «healed» from the strenuous work I do. I always leave feeling limber and refreshed.
I am so thankful that I have Well Within 10 minutes away from home!

Love this place. I have been multiple times and have seen three different therapists. Laura, who is one of the co-​owners, Jill and Allison. Allison has become my regular therapist. They are very welcoming and the facilities are great. Whether you like a really thorough deep tissue massage or you need a lighter touch, you can find a therapist to meet your needs. I highly recommend Well Within.

I have seen Robin for acupuncture for two years. She is a remarkably talented, generous, thoughtful practitioner. When I started I was quite hobbled with arthritis, struggling slowly down the stairs and in significant pain walking any distance. Robin’s work reduced my pain and stiffness significantly, allowing me to resume exercise, which improved my arthritis further. She goes way beyond what I would expect in each session, addressing as many problems as I can come up with with needling, electro-​stimulation, Moxi-​bustion and cupping, if necessary.

I get regular massages elsewhere but got a gift certificate to Well Within. I’ve lived in Newton most of my life and have driven by many times but always missed this gem. The space was very nice, warm and welcoming. My massage was with Ashleigh and was really great. She was able to loosen up areas that I’ve had problems with for year. Would highly recommend Well Within and Ashleigh. I will be back.

Well within says it all. If you are looking for true professional bodywork, one that is in tune with your inner processes and state of being at the moment, then this is the place to go. I have received many body works across the united states and South America, well within is among my top «special places» to go to when I want to experience myself again. My advice: don’t come in with excess expectations and demands, they ruin the experience. Let the therapist tune in and do what they do best. You might learn something new about yourself and your healing process.
Also, their yoga instructors are knowledgable, able to direct you through the poses in a safe, controlled, yet challenging way.
If self care is a priority for you, go there. You owe it to yourself!

I gave my wife a GC for a birthday present and she could not have been happier. Alison was able to locate her problem spots and really get in deep and work on them. This is a place to go to get a true massage that will actually help remove tension from your body and mind.

I received a gift certificate to Well Within for the holidays last year and FINALLY got around to using it this week. After finishing a half marathon, I was feeling pain and tightness in my hips and legs. Had a really great deep tissue massage and am now feeling 100%. Nice, clean, modern space. Knowledgable therapists. Highly recommend.

I’ve had two bad prenatal massages here. I would have given just one star, but my spouse had a positive therapeutic massage experience.
Prior to my massages, I spent a good amount of time detailing my muscle pain and tension — particularly in shoulders and lower back, along with sciatica. None of these muscle groups were focused on during my massage. My massage therapist spent about 45 minutes kneading each vertebrae — areas that didn’t bother me before the massage, but felt bruised afterwards.
My muscles are still tense and sore. Complete waste of time and money.

She is incredibly warm, caring, kind, and gives a fantastic massage. Whether you have chronic pain or just need to relax from a tough week (or month) at the office or on the road, Deborah’s caring and intelligent touch will help you reach a place of inner healing.
Not to mention chocolate in the waiting room. Did I mention chocolate and tea in the waiting room?

Wow, deep tissue massages are SUCH win! I had no idea what I was missing out on until I came to experience Evania’s magical hands XD She did a fantastic job and really worked my shoulders and legs through after describing my knee troubles and a couple other musculoskeletal issues to her.
The office itself is mad clean, organized and soothing with nice background music, a nice selection of teas and chocolate too. Can’t wait until my next massage in a couple months!
