Ron was very responsive over email and was available to do fall cleanup within the week’s end at a very reasonable price. I felt that some leaves were left over (unless a whole bunch of leaves fell between the morning and evening), so Ron offered to do a «touch-​up» at no charge, which resulted in a super-​clean yard. I am very happy with his and his team’s work, and plan to use them again.

So, I saw a project being done in my neighborhood and called the number on a truck «The Narrow Lane» Left a message, got a return call within 24 hours. The guy who came out seemed really focused on our needs. I do not remember his name: Perhaps it was Steve…(I see this name mentioned elsewhere) This guy took notes and gave me some suggestions after intent listening. And then he told me the prices for the design, and we agreed a proposal was to be forthcoming. I waited. and waited. NOTHING!!!
My wife said «It’s holiday times, they have family, give them another few weeks». So, I did. I have, right?! Today is March 12, 2015. No contact whatsoever.
No phone call. No v-​message. No note.
It is as though our meeting never happen.
So, based on all of what I have stated I will recommend that you call them, have the guy with the visit, discuss your needs, have them present their plan… and then contact me and tell me that I was wrong.
They must have lost my number hence were unable to find me – even though my house is three doors away from a job they did in November 2014, in Chestnut Hill.

Steve was very punctual and did the work efficiently. The work was done with speed and precision. In the weeks following our yard looks MUCH better and is quite vibrant. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!
