The doctors may be fine, but they are ultimately responsible for the tone of the office, which is Just Awful. After one of the staff «processed» me, another actually charged into the exam room, interrupting the consult, to demand the insurance card again. The doctor seemed just fine with it. There is a notice in the waiting room saying that if your account has any balance, they’ll be happy to reschedule (translation: they won’t see you.) And, really, what good doctors have to advertise ceaselessly on the radio? There are plenty of better options in the area.

This is the worst office staff I have ever encountered. They have you wait behind some imaginary line, even if you have a severe back injury. I went in with a broken right wrist, and the office staff complained about my hand writing. The staff is more concerned about getting coffee and gossip than patient contact.

The administrative staff aside, the Dr’s are fantastic. I’ve had back surgery, my daughter had hand surgery and my husband has wrist surgery and the dr’s and medical staff are Phenomenal! Professional and confident and experienced and just so great! They take you seriously and they take their jobs seriously and they work hard to make sure you are comfortable both physically and mentatlly.
It’s a shame that the reviews on the admin staff bring this practice down because I trust the dr’s with some serious care.

Appt was at 10:30, dr didn’t come until 11:20. No apologies. Spent 15 minutes with me. Dr was nice enough but the diagnosis was inconclusive.

I have never cried trying to get an appt in my life, but I have been so frustrated with this practice that I cannot imagine every going back. The physicians are not the problem– the problem are the people that work at the phones. You can be on hold for more than 30 minutes, told that your canceled appt cannot be rescheduled before weeks, and bring a book folks– because you will be seen at least 30 minutes past the scheduled time. It is just a really awful experience. The hours are ridiculous. Best find another place.
