If there’s one thing that I really enjoy, it’s when I see someone that is really passionate about what they do. Kirk is a super friendly guy that will take his time to go the distance in explaining how things work and what affects what. One of the HUGE things that I learned about customer service in ANY profession is to not only solve the problem, but solve it right the FIRST TIME so you don’t have that problem again. Solid work, decent rates, with a guarantee. Who could ask for more? Now get off your duff and go see him!

Well, after a short break, I decided to buy another Volkswagen! If you’re a VW fan like I am, then I’m sure you know the headache of finding a reputable mechanic, especially one that won’t flatten your wallet too much…
After 3 (failed) attempts and a drained savings account, a local auto parts store recommended this place. I decided to check it out, and I was NOT disappointed!
These guys are VERY thorough — In fact, CarGeeks Automotive would be a better name for them. They are ASE certified (for those who care), and extremely detail orientated. Not only are their invoices computerized and easy to read, they show you before and after pictures of every service performed (for those of you who need that extra peace of mind boost)!
All-​in-​all, the prices are reasonable, the repair time is prompt, and the level of customer service is unprecedented. I highly recommend this repair shop, and I will be sending everybody I know here!
