Kumon Math and Reading Center of Newton – Newton Highlands

This is one of the WORST Kumon centers we have encountered in the country. They try to present themselves as «educators» but in reality are only interested in the bottom line and not actually helping your child improve. The instructor actually told me that he had violated Kumon principles by spending 10 minutes to help my child with a concept with which he was struggling. They lack the integrity to stand behind their service and have to resort to a onerously long cancellation notice of essentially two months (technically «30 days before the first of the month» but how often does one get lucky enough to reach your tipping point for dissatisfaction to happen exactly on the 1^st of any given month). The concept of customer service is completely alien to them. The owners are incompetent, rude individuals who should find another way to make a living. STAY AWAY from this place if you goal is for your child to have an enriching and supportive experience.
