We didn’t end up going with Mike at J May, but I just wanted to put in a good word for him! After our offer was accepted on a Monday, I was frantically trying to find an inspector to meet our Friday deadline (blame the insane housing market here). Mike called me back within an hour of my email at 8pm! He wasn’t available that week, but took the time to give me several recommendations, one of which we ended up working with. I really appreciated how responsive he was when he didn’t have to be, and his great recommendations. I’m sure we would’ve loved working with him.
