HANDSDOWN: THEWORSTDERMOCLINIC I HAVEVISITEDIN30YEARS! Do not get pulled in by her book. If I could give this Dr. zero stars I would. This is the WORST dermatology office I have ever visited and that is saying a lot as I am 47 and have been seeing these specialists since I was 13. I am a highly educated professional who is not used to such bad service from a health care professional. I come from a family of internists. The Dr.‘s(Ms. T.) main advice is basically to not eat grains, sweets and a few other foods to get rid of acne. For those of us with hormonal acne that does not respond to that it is the same BS I heard when I was 13. You are charging me $ 170?! for that!!! 2nd, the Dr.(Ms. T) does not believe your time is as valuable as her time and expects you to come back for another appt to discuss a second issue: that’s right you can only discuss *one* issue per appt. She gives you some BS about wanting to only address one issue so she can spend time with you. Right. seems she wants to make more money by forcing you to come to 4 appts when all your issues can be handled in one appt. The front desk and assistants were worthless and acted like they were doing me a favor by calling in a medical approval for retin A. This was after I called 2 times and had to beg someone to help me. Most other Dr. s offices call this RX and medical approval routinely without problems or issues. Final straw was to receive a bill for $ 170 for a missed appt?! with a FINALNOTICE on it to force you to feel obligated to pay. Most reasonable offices give you one courtesy miss or have a reasonable fee like $ 50. Or at least send you an INITIAL bill before a FINAL bill. Not Ms. T. She is clearly having financial problems, wonder why?!! Try Krauss Dermotology. While not the best I have been to, they are definitely better than wasted time and money at Integrative Dermotology.
