I’m an interior designer & work with many different developers in the greater Boston area. Angela has been my main contact in the Newton showroom although everyone there has always done their best to help with anything that I’ve needed. Angela is one of the hardest working people I know. She arrives in the show room way before it opens in the morning in order to complete orders & other pertinent matters so that she has time when the showroom does open to devote to clients & walk in customers. She is an ACE when it comes to lighting and plumbing fixtures & features: price points, style, quality. Her energetic, effervescent personality along with her thorough attention to detail make her a pleasure to work with! It’s no wonder why she is so busy — everyone loves her for the personal attention & devotion to customer service!

Only went here out of convenience to comply with MA code, unfortunately they operate like a car dealership, once you make the purchase they basically shove you out of the door. Priscilla was nice at first but once we paid she acted like we didn’t exist and was out on the hunt for her next sale, pretty poor service. Furthermore my order came late with missing items, I had ordered 3 body jets but only one arrived.
Not sure if it was the sales rep fault or what but still waiting to hear back after calling them and getting the «I’m with another customer» response because they like to leave the whole store with just one sales rep and no manager? Their delivery service is also disappointing because the driver just dumps it in your driveway and runs off, left me and my wife with a 67 inch tub.

Nice selection but make sure to ask about their restocking fee. I was interested in a kitchen faucet and bar faucet which totaled $ 1300. I asked if I could return it and the saleswoman said yes but that there was a 35% restocking fee as it said right on the paper work that I was to sign before they ordered it for me. Ouch! Other stores like FW Webb do not have this policy.

Priscilla Cosgrove was very knowledgable, helpful and made what can be a difficult experience enjoyable. Nice showroom– I could try the different shower heads to make an informed choice. Recommended!
