I met with the owner for wedding flowers. She was so nice & had really good ideas. I was told I would receive a quote after a few days & never did. I made a f/​u phone call a few weeks later & the response was they were busy with Mother’s Day & I would receive a quote by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and I still never got anything. Customer service was lacking & a phone call stating they were too busy to take on the business would have been appreciated. Definitely a waste of our time.

These are the nicest people. I ordered flowers by phone from Hawaii for my sister in Newton. My sister was thrilled with such beautiful flowers and the delivery person was very nice about calling and coming when convenient! Great experience — thanks for a great job!
