I live around the corner from Belle Le Spa, so despite the so-so reviews here on Unilocal,I thought I’d give them a try. And I’m so glad I did! I’ve gotten a couple great regular manicures that each held up for about 10 days with minimal chipping. Vicky is pleasant and professional and gives an excellent eyebrow wax. I have no complaints and will be going on a regular basis.

I had tried a few places for eye lash extensions and while I loved the look they never lasted more than one week. I was just about to give up and go back to my usual routine of eye lash curlers and using multiple kinds of mascara to get the look I wanted when I stumbled upon Bella Le Spa. They are AMAZING !!! both Vicki and Lisa have done my lashes and I love them both. I am constantly getting complements on what great lashes I have and then I have to break the news that they are extensions. People are shocked at how natural they look while still giving me that added length and fullness I couldn’t get at other salons. I will never go anywhere else for my lashes this place is the best.

First of all, there are pros and cons to this place. Let me start with the cons. Cons: — Kind of small: don’t get me wrong, interior décor is very nice, it’s just kind of small for me — Location was out of the way, hard to find Pros: — Honest, professional, courteous, personal touch on the service I received — Very nice work, I was happy with the results — Knowledgeable I would recommend this place to anyone

Don’t be fooled by the low ratings this place has gotten. Lisa is fabulous with eyelash extensions!!! Not only are the extensions good-quality the price is fantastic, they were running a special for $ 100, a lot cheaper than $ 200 – 300 places charge. They are the real deal good quality stuff, glued on individually and natural looking. The location was easy to get too. Definitely will go back for refill and maintenance.

I am so happy I didn’t even check Unilocal before going in to Bella Le Spa because they are really great. I got eyelash extensions and having never done it before I was really nervous. Long story short, the attention and care the employee gave to my treatment was marvelous. She knew what she was doing and was very friendly — she spent well over 2 hours and everyone has been commenting on how I have such nice eyelashes — those who know I got this service have already set up their appointment to get it done. For all those with bad experiences there I suggest you try again becase I think management has changed and possibly ownership– the girl working on me was the manager and she said she was new to this establishment… I don’t know about the quality of the other services since I get my waxing, hair cut, and nails done at different places– but I am definitely adding this spa to my list of consistent places to go. Hope this review is helpful.

This place is an abhorrent establishment and I hope I can discourage anyone from going. 1) They never answer their phones. I tried several times to book a mani/pedi appointment to no avail. 2) My friend and I walked in(without an appointment, seeing that they could never bring themselves to answer the phone) and there were two employees in there with NO customers. When I asked to do a mani/pedi, they looked at me like I had three heads, and then proceeded to speak to each other in another language(while I’m standing right there). After their discussion they then spoke to me in clear English. I find it incredibly rude for anyone to be talking about me, right in front of me, just because I don’t speak their language. They were ‘privately’ conferring for my next item: 3) I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi. They refused to take the Groupon and said that I could ‘try and call Groupon’ for a refund. They said the previous ownership sold too many and they didn’t want to do them anymore. How is this my problem? But, it’s probably better this way cause there’s no way I would let these people touch my feet given the circumstances. Bella Le Suck is a more accurate name for this place of business.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences in a «Spa» that I’ve ever had. First, I do have to say that the actual mechanics of taking care of my cuticles and nails were fine, but if this business is going to last, there’s many things they need to do. Second. here’s my list: 1) On a cold day, at least have it comfortable. I think it was about 60 degrees in there on a snowy day, 2) Make sure the water you are using is at least semi-hot, 3) The massage chairs were terrible, 4) Answer the phone! There were at least 12 incoming calls that were LOUD when ringing. If you’re not going to answer the phone, TURNTHEMOFF(This is a spa???, 5) If you take a reservation for 3 people and you only have two chairs, that is just bad business(This happened to three girls as I was drying my nails – they were much nicer than I would have been), 6) What was stated on the Groupon was FALSEADVERTISING. It stated a one HOUR pedi and 30 min manicure. All of it was done in 50 minutes. All of this made me realize that I need to check the place out on Unilocal before purchasing a Groupon for a merchant. Also, can anyone call themselves a «Spa»? To me, this was just a basic nail place posing as a spa.

The mani/pedi I got was ok — nothing special, but no issues. I did think it was kind of quick — 45 minutes in total. The name makes it sound like a spa, but it’s just a regular Vietnamese old nail place that you’ll find in any strip mall. You better leave a big tip, though, if you go to Bella Le Spa. After I left, they called to tell me that my tip wasn’t big enough and that they didn’t make enough money on my service.

I bought a groupon for here that was for a mani and pedi. The lady who did my pedi made my toes cry, she was not gentle at all. She also gave about a 2 sec leg massage. Then she slopped on the nail polish so it was in that not-completely-dry state for hours afterward. the standard price for that would have been $ 45…a totally waste(i thought my groupon for $ 26 was even maybe pushing it…)
