If you want a «great» burger in town, go to becks. They cook them fresh, and they are made the way burgers should be made, the old fashioned way! Good service, nice little place, way better than fast food. Try the onion rings with your burger, good stuff.

It’s definitely better than Wendy’s and McDonald’s. Not too greasy and the fries are warm, crunchy and have just the right amount of salt. The burger patties are a little thin though. You have to wait a little bit since it’s made to order. I’d say you get what you paid for.

Well I stopped by Beck’s again today. Door was fixed, lol. I ordered the 2 chili dog and fries and drink on special for $ 5.89. There was a counter girl and another girl cooking. Got my food in 7.5 min, not bad since its not called a fast food place. The fries were still the store bagged wavy style, but did get a lot of them. The hotdogs used were warm and they had covered the whole bun and dog with a bean chili that had to have been out of a can. There was also nacho cheese on it too. There was no way to pick it up and eat it. There were spoons on the counter but no forks or knives. Sorry but this is still just average to me. They were staying busy tho, and must have been a doz people there. I can’t understand what the draw for the locals is but they seem to like it a lot more than me.

Not sure about the first poor review either. This place hasn’t made me a bad burger yet and I’m in there at least once a month. Good service too-the staff’s very friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Not a «DDD» recommendation-but, good none the less
