Never do business with this place. I needed a surround sound system so I stopped by the store and set up a time for the rep to come by my house later that week, which he did. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from him, so after a an email and several phone calls I finally got the rep on the phone and he said he’d have a quote for me the next day. I never heard from him again. This wasn’t a huge system so if he didn’t want the business he should have had the guts to say so and instead of ignoring me and wasting my time.

We inherited our home security system from previous owners. They sent a representative out to turn on our system. 1. Major problem in that the system did not work on the first floor doors and windows. $ 200/hr was quoted to us at the time for diagnosing and fixing the problem(but they could give us no evidence on length of time this would take). 2. The gentleman had me sign a bunch of papers — «sign here, sign here». Turns out one of the«sign heres» was for a 3 year commitment/contract. I believe in good faith representation — they should bring your attention to important facts when signing. 3. We would like to cancel our subscription. They will not turn off the system unless we pay the 3 year contract total for our system that doesn’t work. Alternatively, they want us to pay for our install visit at $ 255 for the 1.5 hours they reported they were at my house. Would NOT recommend. Clearly they use their contracts as part of their money-making model.
