Found Steve at the Antique mall in Newton Upper Falls where his operation is the cornerstone.
I was amazed at the quantity and quality of antique silver items he has and when I returned was looking for a moderately priced silver flatware set for 4 looking to spend a couple of hundred dollars.
Steve started showing me some examples and of course I liked the look of a beautiful turn of the century Tiffany solid silver set for 12 priced at $ 7000 which is a fair price but not for me.
We looked through his stock and he came up with a box of 1920’s Tiffany solid silver matching flatware in fine condition and was able to come up with the perfect service for 4 at a very good price and the correct monogram sealed the deal.
Although I ended spending more than I planed this is an investment that I can use and will be a family treasure to be handed down.
