I had a move this past weekend & the women at this U-​Haul location were a pleasure to deal with. Obviously at the end of the month this place is booming. I had to secure a rental for 11:15 that wasn’t ready when I arrived at 11:30. The woman at the desk quickly got on the phone with the current renter who was stuck in traffic (jazz fest weekend in Newport, need I say more?). She said it would be about 15 — 20 minutes so we decided to go run another errand and come back. When we returned the truck had just been returned & they quickly got us out the door. Drop off only took about a minute. The ladies here really are super nice & friendly. I was stressed from my move thus far and they still managed to make me laugh and enjoy my time there.

Reserved a tow 1month in advance & got a call today (day of pickup) saying I need to drive 2hrs round trip to another location that carries the tow. They said ‘Sorry it’s based on availability, & if we don’t have it we may send u to another location.’ In previous calls they stated they’d have one ready, no problem. This ‘based on availability’ thing should have been brought to our attention a month ago. Not to mention 2 guys that work here are rude. Just be sure u have all info, & if they say they don’t have the trailer/​tow in shop right now, consider it unavailable for your future reservation also.
