Brought two coats to Moore’s to be dry cleaned. One of those, which had leather sleeve buckles, was damaged in the process. The owner implicitly blamed me by stating that I should have notified them that it had leather buckles prior to dropping off the coat, as if it was not their job to know or check this prior to start of the cleaning process. They kept the coat for few more weeks in an attempt to replace the damaged buckles. After weeks of silence from them, I stopped in to pick it up anyway. Turns out they couldn’t find matching buckles and simply decided to color in the damaged spots with a marker. This place is overpriced, slow and the epitome of mediocrity and unaccountability.
