Nice location, you gent in Newport and if it’s time for a quick lunch, this is the place where you can stop by. The place offers no space to eat except a bench, it’s just a take away place

Long Wharf Seafood isn’t much to look at (it’s just a fish market, after all) and I have never bought uncooked seafood from them, but their prepared food is delicious and CHEAP! Not just cheap for newport, cheap for anywhere!
Get the fried quahogs, they won’t disappoint. The fish and chips and clam cakes are great too.
I went on good Friday, and despite the fact that they were JAMMED, my food was ready in 10 minutes flat. If you find yourself in Newport and don’t have a ton of cash, check this place out!
