Highland Sanitation amazes me! All my interactions with them are consistently supportive, helpful, encouraging & positive! I’ve received their services since 2000. They’ve been more than fair in their pricing & willingness to pick up extra garbage as a result of «spring cleaning» on my part from time to time. They have a «lifer» with me & I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The neighbor kids are having a lemonade stand a Highland Sanitation truck pulled over and both guys got out and bought lemonade! Now that’s a great company with obviously great workers!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! They over charged us and would not pick up on the days they say they will. Then when we call they don’t admit it. My garbage is constantly piling up outside my house and I can’t get out from my contract for them. Once you are STUCK with them they simply don’t care about anything other than getting your $$. We have spoken with the owner and they do nothing to correct the situation! I can’t believe they can even stay in business treating people like this. HORRIBLE! do not go with them! We have had YEARS of problems with them but are stuck in a contract… and they know it!!! so they can treat us any way they want, which is very badly!!!

Great company! This is the first trash service we have had where the people actually get out of the truck to make sure the trash doesn’t fly all over the street. Great customer service too. We have been very happy and on top of it, they were the most competitive price! We have two other service we could go with but we won’t because we are so pleased.

We’ve used this company in our small condo lot for two years, and have felt lukewarm about them. They’re cheaper than what we had before, but it’s true that you get what you pay for. They have a truck with a plow on it, but don’t do any detail work, so snow has built up around car parking spots. They also don’t plow all the way to the pavement, so we have 6″ or so of snow packed on our lot.
This morning is the worst. It’s 6:30 a.m. the night after a big snow storm, and they have yet to plow our lot. People can’t get out to go to work. We tried to call them but there’s no after hours phone.
