This was my first time visiting a BK since moving to the state. I received such awesome service and was greeted by some of the nicest people in MN. The manager on duty apologized for the wait and for not having certain items in stock. But his kindness and eagerness to rectify the situation was very welcoming. I wish the managers and employees from the multiple FL BK’s I’ve been to, would take a lesson in Customer Service.
