Ann’s Hallmark Shop

What a breath of fresh air this store is to the Newport Shopping Center! It’s spacious, well-​stocked and well-​staffed! It contains all the usuals… cards, baby & wedding gifts, wrapping paper, etc. But it also stocks some beaded jewelry, beach themed home décor and more.
I saw the interchangeable flip flops I had heard about elsewhere. You buy a pair of black flip flops for $ 30 and then Velcro strips in various colors and patterns ($ 12) to change out the look. They’re cute, but it seemed a little expensive to me.
I liked the brightly colored beach themed items: luggage tags, wall hangings, flip-​flop shaped candle holders, etc. All I bought was a greeting card, but the employee working was extremely friendly to everyone who was shopping while I was there.
