Barbara’s Custom Floral

We have been using Barbara’s custom floral for two years and have been extremely happy with their service, we recommend them two everyone we know.

Absolutely horrible product, terrible customer service, and very expensive. Ordered from Barbara for my grandmother’s funeral and could not be more dissatisfied. I wish I could give her zero stars. First of all, my mother chose an arrangement from a book Barbara showed us (lilies in a pewter vase with a cross) and she got an arrangement of different flowers in a plain clear glass vase that looked nothing like the picture. I asked for a specific arrangement of dark pink roses with purples and fushia flowers (also chosen from a photo in the Barbara’s arrangement book) because I intended to include the same flowers in my bridal bouquet, and got an arrangement of small pink and white flowers with no roses, no dark pinks, no purples, and no fushia. When we called Barbara after we saw the arrangements to express our dissatisfaction, Barbara blamed us for her mistakes by saying that she didn’t carry the flowers or the vase we wanted. She didn’t even offer us a credit or something for her mistakes. SHE IS A CROOK!!! DON’T USE HER!!!
