I wanted to wait until after a few sessions to leave my review. I really wish people would understand that everyone’s body is different and to stress the importance of aftercare! I went and bought everything they used after my session and followed the aftercare instructions. Results are not normally overnight, you are removing something deep and «permanent» from within your skin and trying to avoid scarring. It will take time. Great investment. They always have deals and accept military. Great communication when I needed to adjust appointments last minute and great care during the session. Happy I picked this location.

I’m very happy with my results so far from going to Zapatat. Almost all the black in gone and now working on the color, which as you can see was almost my whole tattoo. I’m kind of a baby when it comes to hurting but the technician was great and gave me breaks when I needed it… I might have cursed a little oops lol sorry! Over all the experience was awesome, all my questions got answered and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Zapatat :-)

I have a rose on my hand and I was looking for a fast way to get it removed. So of course I tried the «R-​20» method. They claimed that after the first treatment that I would see 50% fading, which was not the case. I thought this would be a good place because I saw reviews about the one in Arlington and thought I should try out this one since they had basically just opened at this location. Also they were very friendly as well, but they are also misleading. After the process was complete I was fine, but weeks later their was like 10% fading as if I had only gotten ONE treatment. I ended up wasting close to $ 700 for this «R-​20» quick removal method.
