The drive thru is incredibly slow! It takes at least 20 minutes to get through, with even only 1 cars ahead in line. I thought perhaps going inside would be much faster, but it was worse. Plus, they also charge more per drink than they do at other local Starbucks. I will no longer be wasting my time or money here.

I went through the drive through and was not happy with the service. My tea was not good at all. First time out of the locations I’ve been to that I was not satisfied with my product. Won’t be back to this location.

Great place for coffee if you want to sit trapped in the parking lot for 20mins. With both a drive thru and an inside order area filled with people and only one espresso machine going and 6 employees standing around talking my coffee order took 10 mins. In total my coffee run was a HALF HOUR! Coffee was ok but it’s Starbucks coffee.

Might just hold the record for the slowest Starbucks ever. I’ve never had to wait as long as I do when I come here. Morning, evening, doesn’t matter. Always slooooow. An more expensive than my home Starbucks. Not cool.

Why are they so slow here! They might be fast in the afternoon. But in the a. m when your trying to get to work, plan an extra 30 minutes. Slowest Starbucks in all of Hampton Roads.

Stopped here on the way to the beach. The staff was friendly and interacted well with customers. The bathrooms were clean and the interior was nice. Took a long time for my drink to be made. Could have been due to the staff conversations. Don’t get me wrong I am all about the workers talking but get your work done first. Noticed something at the drive through where a card was dropped and the lady had to get out of her car and come stand at the window. Felt embarrassed for her.. Oh well the drink was good.

Seating is mostly limited to small round tables. Employees are nice and helpful, but probably talk way too much. They play too much rappy-​pop stuff on the sound system lately (makes it tough to concentrate). They also close too early, which may be affecting (reducing) their traffic. I would give five stars if they fixed the music to something more relaxing and stayed open later (at least until 11pm).

Drinks are always on spot! Drive thru is always horribly slow! Slow line, slow order taking, slow at the window I take the drive thru option whenever I have my son for the convenience but this place is inconvenient with that service.

Love this Starbucks my favorite was power plant until they closed. The one in coliseum crossing is the absolute worst customer service Starbucks in the nation. My apologies I digress
This j Clyde Morris Starbuck is the Ultimate customer service Patience of job sometimes I unsure of what I want they assist me a non coffee drinker with peanut allergies what best to order. Love love the drive thru

I find the drive thru at this location so
slow (and a little rude) I’d rather go to wawa down the street. I’ve had to return on two different occasions because the drinks were so bad. (watered down or just not following recipe card). I haven’t experienced the friendly staff others have here on the occasions I’ve had to go inside. What a shame because it’s a cool/​cozy looking store. Tried it enough that I’m convinced the convenience of the drive-​thru can be overridden for a better customer service and drink experience. I’d rather drive to another location a get out of my car. Wont be back.

It’s a typical Starbucks, except it used to be a bank. The vault has been transformed into a small room with stuffed chairs. It will hold six people. The place was clean, and the baristas are pleasant.
I suggest parking around back since the front parking lot can be difficult to get out of when traffic is heavy.

There are 6 people behind the counter and everyone is busy doing NOTHING! The line for the drive thru was crazy and there were a lot of people waiting inside. They need a master trainer to come and show them how to be more productive.

I went here one morning when I was on a trip for work. The toen in general is a nice small town where the people are laid back and nice so I knew anywhere I went would give that same feel. I mean starbucks is starbucks. They have it everywhere and it is a little over rated, but I just liked this one because it used to be an old bank and the back room they have used to be a vault! To me that is a good reason to go back. I’m sure I will be back there on my next visit! Definitely a unique room!

I use the drive thru 2 times a week and maybe I have bad timing or maybe they have poor efficiency at their drive thru window or maybe it’s both but every time I arrive which is usually around 8−9am there is a line. I don’t have a problem with lines as long as I’m not waiting 20+ minutes to get my coffee. Why have a drive thru if it’s not very efficient? Who knows but I shouldn’t have to change what time I head out to grab a cup of coffee in fear I’m going to be late for something. This Starbucks drive thru has been a disappointment for me– a coffee addict from the Seattle area :(

A very pleasant Starbucks to visit. They are always very kind and courteous. I often use the drive thru and there is always a long wait. I would prefer to go inside but I usually have my dog with me. Either way can’t go wrong with this location.

Still one of my favorite Starbucks to visit just because it has a vault inside. Former bank drive-​through now serves coffee instead of cash. Facilities are always clean and staff is quick and polite. Plenty of seating area inside.

It’s a bank. No, it’s another Starbucks that’s all about the atmosphere. Using a former bank building the company has created a unique store and the vault is a small seating area that is quite cozy. I visited this store in April 2007. One of my favorite Starbucks.
