About 2 weeks ago I got the wrong order a lamb gyro instead of a chicken. I made it home after about 40 mins of traffic on a normal day it takes about 10mins. When I got home and saw it was wrong I called the store and a women answer I told her what was wrong and then tried to say did i specifically order a chicken because when people order a gyro they don’t know there supposed to say chicken and we give lamb. I assured her I order chicken as I do every time. She then put me on hold for a few minutes and the cashier answer and as how can I help you. I’m not sure if she just thought I’ll hang up. I told him and he went through his drive thru orders and said he must no have heard chicken. However he said he’ll talk to the manager or owner to see what he can do. They agreed to change it. I had to drive back which I didn’t mind since I really don’t eat lamb at all. I appreciate my order being change.

First, but certainly not the last visit. Don’t be fooled by the size of the establishment! Both the Gyro Philly & the Gyro sandwich were huge! Stuffed to the edges with well prepared meats and vegetables. And you know it’s fresh when the cost of every bite, is a fresh napkin, as the juices drip off your fingers. One drawback, this is not a full size«dine-in» eatery. Bar seating along the windows, and a single table. Better to take advantage of the speedy drive-through service. A little out of the way, but worth the drive!

AMAZING! Live in Virginia Beach but would make the drive to have one of these Gyros. My husband and I had the Gyro Philly! Fresh and good proportioned no bs meat the real stuff. Kids cheese pita was very good as well. In the area worth the stop. Get you some!

The food is always excellent, the price is right AND there’s a drive through? This place is heaven. I always get the greek salad, my husband always gets traditional gyros, and we’re never disappointed. This is our go to place for when we are low on time, and it is always the best!

One of the best gyro’s I’ve ever had. So delicious. Seriously. If you don’t like spicy food, j recommend saying no paprika. They put a lot it it, and it tends to give a «spicy» equivalent kick. I love it the way they make it though. So yum!!!

Awesome food. So far I’ve tried their lamb gyro and lamb burger and both are delicious. Give it a try and you’ll continue to come back for more.

Well I was skeptical of this place but I saw the good reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did the gyro was huge and delicious with a little spice. The fries also were awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

Having moved to VA a few months ago, I’ve been looking for good gyros. Well, I’ve found the best in town at Mr Gyros and Burgers. They use a rotisserie so the lamb isn’t undercooked, and the pita and taziki were excellent. My son had the lamb burger, and wolfed it down, he’s usually picky. I’ll be back!

Still serving up great gyros. Basically drive thru, but most of the time that’s ok. And buy 10 get 1FREE card! Yum!

Don’t underestimate this little place. Not much room inside but there is seating outside. I had the original gyro and my boyfriend had the inferno gyro and we shared a side of onion rings, which was more than plenty for the two of us. The inferno was packed with jalepenos, so you better like it hot if you’re going to order it. I thought the original gyro was great. It’s a sizable sandwich and very filling. The onion rings were tasty too. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

We stopped here while we were heading to the beach. I got the chicken souvlaki gyro… it was amazing! The girl behind the counter suggested we added feta so, we did. The feta made it pretty salty, so I will get«a little feta» next time. The onions are raw so I’ll nix them… They have a drive-thru! The window was hopping when we were there. I’ll definitely stop in on my next trip through town!

Great lamb burgers. Juicy even when cooked well done. The gyro sandwich is a meal’s worth of good. Price are reasonable, especially for the lamb dishes The small seating area is very clean and tidy. The counter staff are friendly and have a great personality. This is the type of local resteraunt, that makes Denbighshire a great place to live.

One of the best gyros I’ve ever had! Fast and friendly service. About $ 10 for the combo with fries and a drink.

The portions are large, the food is good and the crew is friendly. There were several options but I chose simple and went with the gyro combo. I look forward to trying other items on the menu. Super tiny indoor seating area and hidden behind a large«Mexican» chain, making it a bit difficult to find your first time, are probably the biggest cons I’ve found so far. In my never ending quest to support local and get away from the macro companies this is another one that I’m glad we took a chance on.

This is a great fast food like place with a drive through and a couple of seats in the building. I had the olives and feta appetizer with warm pita. Was very good and the portion was pretty big. I also got the gyro salad which was very large, served with fresh veggies and had all the things you’d expect in a Greek salad, minus the grape leaves, which they don’t have on the menu. The food was all good and fresh and the father and son team were very friendly and accommodating.

This place is small and has limited seating inside, but it’s clear that during the warmer months it has plenty of out door seating. Inside it’s charming and plays Greek guitar in the background and has a rundown diner type feel. Service was friendly and quick. The menu has some cool options like lamb burgers and the prices are pretty great. Food was good, albeit not the best Greek food, it was very tasty and is a nice«Greek» spin on a lot of America favorites. It was better than fast food, but a little less than a diner quality meal. Servings are huge!

Absolutely phenomenal gyro! Haven’t had a sandwich like this since I was in Berlin smashing Doner Kebabs. While the Doner is a Turkish rendition of the Greek classic, I haven’t had something stateside that rivals the Doner Kebab… until now. For starters, the menu is small but just what you want. A place that does a few things and does them really well. Don’t be alarmed by the longer-than-usual wait at the drive-thru window compared to most fast food joints… this is because they are making your order fresh! The pita bread was toasted to perfection and packed to the max with fresh vegetables. You could see how vibrant, red and juicy the tomatoes were and the lettuce was crisp. They use a paprika or cayenne based seasoning that gives the gyro a little kick and I loved it. The lamb meat was sliced thick and had some equally amazing seasoning, also cooked to perfection. They give you a very generous portion of meat as well, easily 6−8oz. The icing on the cake was the Tatziki sauce. Must have been a family recipe… I can’t even attempt to put into words how delicious it was. Basically, it was better than sex. It’s the best gyro this side of the Atlantic…

Came in to get lunch. Interior is nice and clean. Remembered the building used to be the Greyhound terminal, wouldn’t have guessed it when I walked in. The cashier was nice and explained what was in the Inferno Gyro and Veggie Gyro. Was kind of hoping the Veggie Gyro would have falafel, or there’d be some falafel item on the menu(might’ve missed it). Inferno Gyro was really good, meat was seasoned nicely and everything was fresh. The pita was nice and soft. The fries were good as well, thought they could be a bit crispier though. Would definitely come back, maybe try some of their salads or baklava next time.
