Something fun to do every 2nd Saturday of the month. My friend found things for every room in the house. Great stuff, fantastic finds! Free coffee was good and cucumber mint lemonade was incredible! Nice people and munches too. Lots of individual merchants/​shops within a flea market, displaying what they have to sell.

The Pelican Courtyard has provided us the perfect venue for several of our gatherings. We had to put together a reception following a ceremony in local Newport Beach but then we were in a bind to find a venue that would hold 60 plus family and friends in relatively short notice when our primary venue double booked (and was triple charging). All our needs were met and after things wound down– we walked to the nightlife on the harbor and continued as others that had a little less energy were able to go on their way. Several weeks after that we used the venue again for a weekend outdoor business seminar that again worked out just fabulously! Highly recommended. Looking to book an end of summer extravaganza there!
