Practically a con man. Don’t waste your time or money. He will bill you for a full $ 200 hour, just for a 5 minute reply to your email. No advice, no concern. He has a new assistant every 2 months.

Mutiple contacts attempted. Sent information needed for my case, did not know it was in his email. Never replied.

I had the opportunity to meet with Attorney Russell J Thomas recently for a consultation. Mr. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. His office staff was extremely polite and caring. I felt extremely confident in his representation. I will definitely be using his services for all future needs!

My concern was captured and a return call was promised, the call was promptly returned and my options laid out for me in a clear and concise way. It was obvious from the start and throughout our engagement I was dealing with a professional outfit with integrity. Regardless of your concern, if it has to do with employment look no further.

What a TERRIBLE experience! I didn’t even have a chance to se what this guy could do, because he was such a rude, unproffessional prick on th phone! The first time I called him, he seemed to be very interested in ny case, so caring and nice. He set up an appointment with me and told me to call back for the address when I’m ready. I called today (2 hours prior to my appointment), and he had no idea who I was or why I was calling for the address. I had to remind him and he claimed he had no appointments today. Really? I spoke to him for 40 minutes on th phone about my case and HE told ME to go to his office! So, I punched the address into my GPS, an it led me to the wrong office complex. I was in the right area, just the wrong complex. I called and the receptionist, Nicole answered. I told her I was in the wrong complex and asked for the name of the complex they were in. She asked me for landmarks so she could get me there, I told her I’d have to call her once I got to my car because I was surrounded by buildings, no landmarks. We hung up. I called back, and Russel answers. I explained I was talking to Nicole for directions, and he said «Oh god. What do you need now?». I said «excuse me?». He said «she already gave u directions. What do u need?. He was extremely rude! I said «you know what. I just drove an hour and a half to see you because I need your help, and you’re going to speak to me like this because I need help finding your complex? Thanks for the help, sorry to bother you, I will go home.» he said «hold on». Failed to push the hold button, and I hear him and Nicole talking and he said to her «do u want to talk to this girl or no?» and she said «I can’t help this chick.» he got back on the phone and said «she can’t help you.». I turned around and drove back home. I waited a week for this appointment and was almost in tears because of the way they treated me. Unbelieveable. Please, do NOT waste your time on these people. This explains why the one review they have was posted by someone who worked for Russel 5 years ago.

Okay so I worked here for a little while which means I might be biased. Although if you talk to anybody who has worked for a lawyer they are the ones to tell you what the lawyer is really like. Russel Thomas is a phenomenal lawyer! (And really great guy) He really cares about his client and doing everything he can to help them out.
