I don’t know why I haven’t written this sooner! Brian and his with julianne are absolutely amazing! from our 2 year adventurous wedding planning to growing a friendship with this amazing couple! their hearts are so pure and so loving! I couldn’t have asked for a better videographer for the wedding. They’ve captured the rawest parts of the wedding, the true real feelings! oh gosh I’m just in awe, in love with them! how could you not book them? start to finish they’ve cared about us, not the payments, not if we couldn’t pay, which they have an amazing payment plan! but cared how we were doing. even with my crazy family, which are from out of state, and not had so many questions, they just made everyone feel like family, absolutely recommend them! if you want amazing, and with a loving team behind to give you amazing, they are for you!

I was referred to this videographer by another company in the same building. I only wish I could go back and use someone else.
Every time I have talked to them they are very nice and seem like they have their sh*t together so I thought I was in good hands. I hired them to video our wedding and they showed up on time, looked professional, had the right equipment, everything good so far right?
After the wedding I was asked to send in pictures for them to add a photo montage (baby pictures/​growing up/​dating/​honeymoon) I sent them the pictures and was told that they would contact me when the video was ready.
A year went by and I got nothing. I called every few months to check in and they would give me a bunch of excuses. Finally I got a package in the mail, it contained the original pictures I was asked to send in and a single DVD with an edited hour long mishmash of wedding footage. The transitions and effects were super cheesy and low budget. I didn’t like it at all.
Of course I was told that since they were hired a month before the wedding that I had to pay everything up front. I paid them because all the sample videos they showed me looked professional and high quality. I was also told that I would get a copy of all the footage that was shot that day whether it made it into the hour long DVD or not.
So I got the hour long version of my wedding a year later, and NEVER got the raw footage from the day of. For two years I hounded them about getting the raw footage in hopes of getting some watchable footage from my wedding. Never got it, every time I called they gave me excuse after excuse from they had to go into storage to get the footage out and ohh they mailed it but sent it to the wrong address. Supposedly they mailed it out to me several times and each time I had given them the address I needed it to go to. Its been 5 years and I gave up hope of ever getting that footage from them.
I looked them up before writing this review and it looks like they are still in business. Makes me wonder how they are still managing that if they treat their clients the way they did me. Or maybe its all my fault for paying them up front. Guess Ill never know, just like I’ll never see my wedding footage…
