Sunny Fresh Cleaners

This establishment has a new manager. I brought clothing there to be «laundered,» not dry cleaned.
When I went to pick up the items, the clerk at the counter told me her manager intentionally puts «dry clean» on the pick-​up slip so he can charge a higher price.
IF YOU VALUE INTEGRITY, AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Before moving away from Orange County, I used to frequent this place for 10 years. I still use this cleaner when I’m back in so cal visiting my parents. The place does a good job and the owners try their best to accommodate my special needs.

I go there now for 5 years and it’s always been a pleasure. The prices are normal and they always get things cleaned even old stains come out.

This is the WORST most despicable dry cleaners I have ever used. First of all, this is a dry cleaner, so naturally I brought my clothes to e DRY CLEANED! They basically admitted to just washing them and then charged me for dry cleaning! And when they washed them instead of dry cleaning them, they ruined my fiancés skirt from Saks! They didn’t tell us they ruined the skirt when we picked it up they just let us take it home and find out for ourselves. When I brought it to there attention, to old man literally said «why cant you just go buy a new one». I was in complete shock. I said absolutely NOT and started explaining how unacceptable that was. I asked to speak to the owner and he said NO! Then he told me to calm down and that I was over reacting for nothing. They refused to pay us anything for the skirt they ruined and the owner literally passed the phone to the same guy who told me to go buy a new one.
Here’s the kicker… They threw the skirt at my fiancé and she caught it all on video. I’m pretty sure we are going to pursue legal action because of this.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT CRAP SERVICE, YOUR CLOTHES RUINED, AND TO STILL PAY FOR IT!

They promised me originally that if I posted on Unilocal they’d give me a 15% discount on my next service. Then backed out!
I then found a dress I hadn’t worn in a year was ruined and they claimed it was the fabric discoloration that happens over time and it wasn’t their fault for the damage.
I will never go back. Lost a valued customer of 5+ years!

After using a economy cleaners on Orange near 17^th with terrible results I started coming here. After year and half they have done a good job without any problems They always have my clothes looking great and ready when promised!

I had a horrible experience with Sunny Fresh Cleaners. They ruined an expensive dress and refused to take any kind responsibility. They charged me for ruining the dress, with no communication that they had created two large white spots. When I attempted to talk to them about the problem, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend trusting this cleaner.

I have received nothing but excellent service from this cleaners. The husband and wife that run it have been extremely accomodating to my particular needs, which can at times be pretty demanding. Very nice people– the overall quality of their service has been first rate. Also, I am willing to pay a little more due to the same day service they offer.

I’ve been going to this location for over 5 years. The owners have been there forever and the place really has a mom/​pop business feel to them. I’ve never had an issue with lost or damaged clothing and i love that when i’m in a pinch and i drop stuff off before work, they can clean and press my clothes for pick up after 5 pm! That’s saved me more than few times! One time over the weekend I had to use a different cleaners closer to my home, and I saw a massive difference in the quality of their cleaning — I mean, it looked like they didn’t even run it in the machine let alone try to take out any of the stains! When I take my things to Sunny fresh however, it ALWAYS comes back looking better than new — i don’t know how they do it, but it shows that they must take pride in their work and in the quality they put out! If you want superior quality and kind service, take your clothes here!

I have used Sunny Fresh Cleaners for about three years now and I have to say that I am very satisfied by both their customer service and the quality of their work. I have grown to trust them so much that I don’t even wait for a receipt when I drop off my clothes. Its a great neighborhood business. Before coming to them I had been with another dry cleaners for more than thirty years. I plan to stay with Sunny Fresh just as long.
