I am only leaving a review regarding the parking. The parking is a bit ridiculous you can’t park in front of the store because it is for bank customers only, so you have to walk behind the building to park and then there a bunch of signs that say will tow if not just going to Starbucks. It is a little bit aggressive in my opinion and confusing.

This is a usual stop for me in the mornings on my way to work. Very clean. Staff is friendly and quick with your order. I’ve never had any problems here. Some mornings are busier than others but they know how to keep things in organized so you can get out in a reasonable amount of time. I joined the rewards program this year. It’s free!!! You get a free drink upon joining and the more you spend the more you get back in rewards. After 5 stars you earn free refills on hot or ices coffee and tea. If you frequent Starbucks it is great. As others have said, what is otherwise a neat Starbucks in a great location, the rudeness and attitudes of the employees really puts a damper on going here. I’ve been here several times, mostly on Saturday mornings and have always felt the same, rude employees that appear they would rather be elsewhere. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Rudest Starbucks employee ever — looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her to heat a chocolate cookie, like 99% of other Starbucks ask if you would like. Less than a positive brand ambassador, and worst customer service ever.

The short blonde lady that took my order was rude. She answered«yeah» in a really disrespectful way when I asked for some milk in my drink. She had absolutely no customer service skills. Clearly this girl and the manager needs to be fired. I’ve been here twice before and have had bad experiences both times. Two stars because at least my coffee was good. This was Friday, 6÷12÷15 at around 12:50 pm.

It seems like it’s the only Starbucks that can get my order right other that the one by work ALL the way in Hollywood… Soy, 1 pump classic. It’s not hard. Not to mention the barista and the dude with gauges that took my order. So cute. Mainly the reason why I’m writing this. Lol.

Met a friend here yesterday. I had not been at this location before. Watch out for parking on side of Starbucks as it is for Wells Fargo. It seemed too dark and kinda dirty. I did not like that outdoor seating was too shaded and not inviting. I think it is just a bit old and needs some updating. The service was perfectly fine to me but they were out of decaf for my friend. We did enjoy our conversation in the comfy chairs by the window otherwise it is a Starbucks. Some are better than others but it is the management that sets the tone. This would not be on my top list for atmosphere but does ok in a pinch.

Shauna was fast but rude. I’d take slow and sweet over that ice cold experience any day. Being a former partner of 7 years myself, I get that people can be irritating and hard to deal with but its truly not that hard to crack a smile at your paying customer.

Been coming to this Starbucks location for a while and they recently installed«Clover brewing system» I highly recommend trying this out as it really draws out the flavor a of the small lot reserve beans that they carry. Think of this system as a «reverse French press» which was the explanation that the barista gave me…

I love this location after sunset on the weekend… especially sunday very quiet… friendly staff closes at 9pm the chair couches are comfortable perfect spot to catch up or have a discussion i loved this place yesterday i shall b back! you all are amazing!‘ peaceful vibes i especially like the little message boards above the gifts section it is a nice change from the other starbucks nearby. and i love the minimalist interior neat!

I’m a big fan of this Starbucks, mostly because it’s right across the street from work. Additionally, it has just the right combination of size and layout to ensure that you almost always have a place to work, or to sit and read the newspaper(yes, people still read those). As for everything behind the counter — they are a Starbucks and this team does it right. Expertly crafted beverages and food arrive promptly upon order.

Heavens forbid you walk in, have a moment of forgetfulness and can’t remember for the life of you the name of the drink you want to get. The barista/cashier doesn’t appreciate that and serves you a venti full of attitude… you know, because it was SOOO Busy! NOT! I’m not quite sure what it was, but this establishment was not friendly, I dont see why seeing as they have a great view and the people that typically frequent the area are very chill. Who knows it mightve just been an off day.

Not prone to negative reviews unless warranted but this is the third time barista got the order incorrect. Was very nice the first time even though they took a long time to get my order out. Wasn’t done well and upon the request for reorder got attitude. I thought baristas were supposed to be nice. This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I tend to go here more often but being the third visit in a row where they got the order wrong and I got attitude I am done. Make sure if you go here you check to make sure they got it right.

They make your drinks pretty fast, but when I came in the afternoon, the barista who took my order was rude and really abrupt. Just a «anything else» and gives you your total. Does he know what being polite means? I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and the barista that made my drink gave it to me without a sleeve. I mean, I’m a big girl that could put on the sleeve myself, but of all Starbucks that I’ve gone to and ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato, this was the only one that didn’t put it on.

I’ve been getting the same drink at Starbucks locations all over the west coast for the past 10 years at least. Due to work I’ve been frequenting this location 4 – 5 times a week for the past few months. I’m giving a one star review because the cost of my drink varies on a daily basis. It’s aggravating.

Whenever I walk into other Starbucks locations I’m always bummed out because they don’t have the expansive menu that this location has. I’d assume it’s some kind of tester store, but it’s the one that’s within walking distance of my office, and it’s an awesome place to get a coffee! Bonus points for being next to Wells Fargo.
