Absolutely love this place. I couldn’t find a good enough and affordable enough wheetset to go with my new disc-​brake equipped road bike, so Mark suggested that I do a custom wheel build. The result turned out amazing. Now I can bike around with a lightweight set of HED belgium rims and 240s hubs which are so smooth.
Their parts selection is great. The website is a breeze to navigate. Will definitely continue business with these guys.

So, I was on a ride from the LBC to CDM and at the corner of PCH and Superior — POP! A spoke blew on me. I Unilocaled for a local bike shop and Pro Bike Supply popped up .7 miles away. Matty helped me out and fixed my spoke very quickly. It’s funny, I was beginning to research wheel set and low and behold, he managed to sell me a cool set of ZIPP wheels and off I rolled into the sunset happy and content.
Matty was very knowledgable and spent time to educate me on wheels. I left smarter and $ 2000 poorer hut happy with my purchase.

I’ve had two great experiences buying high-​end bikes from these guys. Answered all my questions, communicated great by email and were ultra responsive to my needs. None no of these qualities are ones which I have come to expect from local bike shops.

This is a great shop. Good, knowledgable guys with a great selection and fair prices. Don’t let the small physical space mis-​lead you, they have more of the in stock stuff I want than bike shops with three times the space. I drive well out of my way to frequent this shop as I know they will have what I need and get it done.

I met Mark on the trail because we had the same bike. Turns out a few weeks later I needed him. Took my bike from the trail in his car, warranty on my cranks, fixed everything and gave me a nice demo during service. then came to my house to pick it up! This shop has everything and I’m a regular now.

I will not take my Look bike to any other shop. These guys know French bikes and all the idiosyncracies involved in keeping them running at their peak. Mark the owner is awesome and his staff is very nice and know their stuff as well. I’ve been to many LBS’s but this one is special. Excellent service with great communication.

This shop is a great place to get great prices on a variety of bikes and parts and the mechanics are all well versed in the field. The work is top quality and the customer service is top notch. I will shop here again and again and have already let all my buddies know this is the place to go to upgrade your bike as well as have a awesome new custom bike built.

Kyle and Marc are great mechanics! It is a small shop, so you are talking directly with the guy who will be working on your bike — no miscommunication! They have built up two bikes from frames for me and cleaned up an old bike that simply needed to get rolling. Don’t be fooled by the modest selection of components on the walls, they have an online store with a separate warehouse, so they can get you about anything you want.

Mike from Pro Bike Supply is super helpful. I ordered a Stans wheelset from him on sale and he put them on my bike with no extra charge for labor (converting to 15 mm qr, installing Cassette and rotors, installing tires to be tubeless with stans sealant). This was all done while i watch (about 45 minutes worth of labor).
He is a super nice guy and his prices are well… very good!
im going back to him this weekend to have him setup another wheelset for me… converting QR to 12 mm x 135mm… Not an easy job to do if you dont have the right tools/​knowhow.
There are many shops within a few minutes of where i live and i drive 30 minutes to go see him for his service.
Bottom line, great prices and great service!

I was really impressed with my experience at Pro Bike Supply. After taking my road bike to a local shop in the area for the past 8 months, and never receiving an A+ in terms of quality of service, I feel I finally found the level of service I have been looking for and much more at Pro Bike Supply.
Mike, the shop mechanic is not only extremely knowledgable but very patient, too. Best of all, after dropping my bike off due to shifting problems, along with maintenance issues, on my ride the next day I was blown away at how amazing the bike felt — it rode better than when I purchased it. Totally recommend the shop for both their top-​notch service and products.
