Orange County Tile & Grout Cleaning

I had mold in my shower around the perimeter and I could not get it to go away. I called Eric to see if he could help. He said he could absolutely help, but he wanted me to try something first before he came out and spent a few hours tearing grout out. Eric clearly is an honest person because he could have just come out and charged me for the work. Instead, he wanted to help me and give me an opportunity to apply an easy fix without spending more money than necessary. Thanks for your help Eric!

Great experience from start to finish! I live in a very old house and I needed my tile and grout restored immediately. The service I received with Orange County Tile & Grout was unlike anything I would have expected. They went above and beyond to make my needs their top priority. My only regret is that I wish I had found them sooner.
Prior to working with OCT&G I hired another company where it took them two days to follow through on their promise. The first day they were scheduled to come in, the owner called and said they would be running really late and would need to reschedule. This was on the day I put everything aside for them to come and they tell me this at the last minute? Still, I really needed my tiles restored so I we decided to reschedule for the next day. On the second day they were 1 hour late! Seriously? This was another red flag, but we decided to work with them because we really needed our tiles restored to sell our house. When they finally did show up, they were angry, I guess it was because they also sensed my frustration? I last straw for me was when they attempted to add another $ 200 into the promised estimate to where I declined and asked them politely to leave. They walked belligerently even slamming my front door as they left. Worst experience ever.
I called around and found Orange County Tile & Grout Cleaning to compare prices. I told them about the crappy experience I had today to where they assured me that I was in good hands. True to their word, they came in the very next day, on time, and exceeded the service I had asked for. They even fixed a tile in my bathroom as a thank you for choosing their services at no charge! Seriously, these guys are the best and as long as they’re around, they have customer in me for life
