I’d like to point out that I NEVER write a one star review. My feeling is that it is bad Karma and that most businesses can have a bad day or who knows what happened the day I was there. My bad review might be to never go back again. I Give the benefit of the doubt. But I feel compelled to let everyone who is looking into companies to fill their audio-​video needs to NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This review has nothing to do with the fact that their bid was more expensive than the other bid we obtained. Although you cannot completely leave money aside since they deviously told us they would do the job for less and later left things out and charged us extra not only to make it right (which they still have not done over 6 months time) but most of the time when they came over they would not fix the problem but make it totally non-​functional. A common scenario is that something would not work. They would charge us to fix it. This would be fine but it never worked in the first place! Then they would come out to fix the issue and something else would be broken (how about having no tv or audio for a week) We would call they would charge us (double this time) to have someone come out and fix the problem But wait we could watch tv yesterday but today we can’t and your guy came out to fix wifi and now nothing works. THis has been going on for months
I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your audio and ideo needs
